General

"How do I save my game or play on a new device?"

Make sure to create a LightfoxID from the Settings menu. This will create an account for you that will work across devices, and protects your progress in the event that you switch phones or your app gets deleted.

"How do I add a friend?"

Go to our Social Menu (Icon with Two Faces) and select the “Invite a Friend” button. This will generate a friend link that you can share via email, text, Discord, or any other social connection you have. Sometimes, you have to force-quit the App before tapping on the friend link in order for the friend to be added. We’re working on a fix for this in the future.

"Is Knight’s Edge in my language?"

Knight’s Edge currently supports English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, and Japanese. We are always looking to support more players, so if Knight’s Edge is not in your native language, we hope it will be some day! We will continue to add languages where we see lots of demand.

"Will Knight's Edge work on my device?"

We are always looking to support more players, so if Knight’s Edge is not currently supported by your device, we are sorry. We can’t promise to support anything, but we are always working on opportunities to optimize the game for more players.

"Are there any active promo codes?"

Typically we will always have a promo code active and you can find them by asking our community in Discord. We regularly cycle out promo codes so make sure to use them while they are active, and follow us on our socials to know when new ones become available!

"Are you making new features?"

The Lightfox Games team is always brainstorming and developing new features, and none are better than ones the community really wants, so make sure to continue to give us feedback, suggestions, and ideas either via Discord in #feedback-and-suggestions or through the Knight’s Edge app!

"Do you support Content Creators?"

Yes! We love our content creators, and are always looking to support them however we can! You can check out our CC resources on our Linktr.ee https://linktr.ee/lightfoxgames.

How do I download Knight’s Edge?

"How does matchmaking work?"

Matchmaking connects players with similar Trophy levels. If after some time we can’t find players at your trophy level, we match you with Bots of appropriate power for your current Trophy level.

"How do I get that sweet cosmetic?"

Different cosmetics come from different sources. Some are available for purchase from the in-game Shop, while others are exclusive to seasonal Battle Passes. If you are curious about a specific skin, ask the devs or community in #knights-edge-lounge.

"Do you have tips on how to play?"

Yes! Check out the Knight’s Edge YouTube Channel here. We’ll add more as we continue development!

Support

"I'm receiving error messages every time I attempt to play. How can I fix it?"

First, double-check that your internet connection is stable and working properly. If you can successfully connect to the internet in other apps or games, then try another connection -- such as cellular data or WiFi -- to see if you have the same problem.

In some cases, network firewalls can block the specific ports that Knight's Edge uses to connect. To resolve this, we suggest whitelisting ports 7000-8000 for both TCP and UDP in your firewall settings. If the issue persists after taking these steps, please use the "Bugs and Feedback" button located in the "Settings" menu to report the problem to our team.

"I lost my account. How do I get it back?"

If you have created a LightfoxID, you can use it to log back in and recover your account. If you have not, create a new account and reach out to us via the “Bugs and Feedback” button located under “Settings”, and we will look into this for you.

"I Still need help!"
